The THRUST is a MUST! Hip thrusting is one of the most effective ways to grow and tone your booty. You should do it slow and controlled, really focusing on squeezing that booty for that glute contraction and feel the burn! Your glutes are a big muscle group in your body, your "metabolic powerhouse" and require heavy resistance.
Hip thrusting is a fantastic tool for building a strong posterior chain too. This exercise primarily builds the glutes, but also has some training benefits for the quads, adductors and hamstrings. Thrusting with a heavy barbell can be uncomfortable and tough to load the bar on your pelvis, but the the Booty Sprout uses comfortable bands. You can add bands to make it heavier and more challenging. The Booty Sprout folds up nicely to save space too. This is one piece of home exercise equipment that I love and definitely use!
